Daily Spark is not a medical, financial, or mental-health service, and it does not provide medical, financial, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional advice from a qualified practitioner. If you are considering changes that affect your health, finances, or wellbeing, please consult an appropriate professional.

Daily Spark may store: selected topics, saved quotes, streak activity, reminder preferences, language, selected background, custom quotes, and optional I AM assumptions — associated with an anonymous app account, not your name or email.

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. Daily Spark stores no card or bank details.

Reminders are optional. If enabled, they are scheduled locally on your device after you grant notification permission.

Wallpaper sharing uses the native iOS share sheet. Daily Spark does not upload your wallpapers to any server.

Daily Spark does not include advertising tracking, and does not collect contacts, precise location, photos, health data, or financial account information. Daily Spark does not sell personal information.

We collect email addresses only when you voluntarily join the Daily Spark early-access list. We use them solely for launch and early-access updates. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
